Access to other parts of the forum

I order to protect the privacy of members I have decided to tweak access to certain parts of the forum.

The General section of the forum was previously only open to registered members but there are a few who have joined but do not post.

Whilst I have no wish to be unwelcoming to members who prefer to lurk I am concerned that regular posters who share more personal information are unable to control who views it. In order to make them feel more secure I am now restricting who can access the General area of the forum.

From now on only members who are at Junior Level and above will be able to access that part of the forum.
The SMK area of Neds will remain open to both registered and non registered guests so please bear that in mind when posting in those threads.

If anyone has any concerns regarding these changes please do not hesitate to contact me as admin or via my other profile on here
