I have a playlist on my Ipod nicknamed "SMK" for songs that made me think of Lee and Amanda immediately, but I have a few that are on there simply because the SMKvids that were created for them. My current favourite is Meaghan Trainor's "Dear Future Husband" because SMKjennilee's video so perfectly captured the fun side of the series that I laugh out loud every time I watch it. I love the SMK video made to "Dear Future Husband". It's one of my favorites! I love Meghan Trainer and have her CD, so I was well aware of the song. I was delighted to see it pop up with a SMK Video. It was so well done, too I love the part when they both peek around the corner ... "You've got that 9 to 5... But baby so do I..." Hah I think that scene was from Billy's Lost Weekend ?

Not sure where to put this question. I put it in the music thread in the "off topic" section, but I think I will put it here too.
A quick SMK music question. What sort to f music do you suppose they played at Amanda's reunion at the end of Triumvirate? And do you think Lee and Amanda may have slow danced to any of it? What song from the 1960's do you think they may have danced to?

How about Elvis Presley's "Can't Help Falling In Love"? <3 <3

Can't take my eyes off of you - Frankie Valli Baby I need your lovin' - Johnny Rivers She'd rather be with me - The Turtles I never loved a man (the way I love you) Aretha Franklin Dedicated to the One I love - Mamas and the Papas You're My Everything - The Temptations Brown Eyed Girl - Van Morrison Somethin' Stupid - Nancy and Frank Sinatra Happy Together - the Turtles There are others but I have to hope they danced to "Snoopy and the Red Baron" too.

I am writing the Scotch Thought and Window Reflection stories for Triumvirate, and I have a song from that era that you haven't named... wonder what you all will think? But man, I could write those stories many times over with all these songs you have listed

We'll love whatever you come up with. Meanwhile, I've gone off to my Ipod to create an "Amanada's Reunion" playlist. :-)

I like the idea of Brown Eyed Girl because it sounds like Amanda.

I'm in love with the song, "Something just like this" - Coldplay/Chainsmokers right now. Picturing a video about Lee and Amanda and hoping someone with some creative skills makes it (hint...hint...Lovesmk!)
