As mentioned in JWWM, I thought I'd start a thread about the six degrees of separation between BB, KJ or other SMK cast members and different Hollywood actors. The idea, if you're not familiar is to find the shortest path between two actors, based on the different roles they've had. There's a popular game involving Kevin Bacon and the theory is, every actor in Hollywood is no more than six degrees separated from him. Anyway, let's keep the game going and compare the SMK cast with different Hollywood actors. I thought this might be fun. So I thought I'd start with BB/KJ and Kevin Bacon. Now there may be a shorter path, but I came up with four degrees. I'm anxious to see if others know of a different path (doesn't matter how many degrees, just have fun!) 1. KJ and BB in Utopia Now with Dan Lauria (Rogan) 2. Dan Lauria guest stars on Law and Order SVU with Mariska Hargitay in an episode called Personal Fouls, where he plays coach Masters (another baddie!) 3. Kathryn Erbe guest stars on Law and Order SVU with Mariska Hargitay in an episode called Acceptable Loss. 4. Kathryn Erbe starred with Kevin Bacon in the movie Stir of Echos. So that's: KJ/BB --- Dan Lauria --- Mariska Hargitay --- Kathryn Erbe --- Kevin Bacon. Okay everyone, it's your turn! You don't have to start with SMK. You can also connect KJ, BB or whomever in different roles. Who else might be fun to connect to our beloved SMK cast?

The funny thing is that we're discussing Wrong Number on the walk right now and Peter Jurasik (Will Towne) ended up being in so many things with BB, it's crazy. Not just Tron long before SMK, but all of Babylon 5 as well.

Not just Tron long before SMK, but all of Babylon 5 as well. I didn't know about Tron, but he was also on Remington Steele. Beverly Garland was also in both shows, and I think they may have shared some other actors as well.

How about different actors?
George Clooney was in a sitcom - not the drama series - called E/R in the same episode as Jason Alexander, funnily enough called "The Merry Wives of Sheinfeld"
Jason Alexander, of course, went on to play George Costanza in "Seinfeld" with Michael Richards as Kramer.
Michael Richards played one of the goons in "Car Wars" in Season 2.
QED: George Clooney was in SMK

I was rewatching an old episode of Nancy Drew (the 1977 series), and Beverly Garland was in it as the owner of a traveling carnival. She got to chew out a young Jamie Lee Curtis for wearing too much makeup. Jamie Lee Curtis was later Arnold Schwarzenegger's wife in True Lies, a movie about spies.
