I loved the A team and it was funny how they used tons of bullets and yet not a single person got shot. Unless it was specific to a plot line Murdoch was always my favourite

Yes, Murdoch is my and my hubby's favorite, too. We use this "A-Team" quote a lot around my house:
"I love it when a plan comes together."

Murdoch was probably my favorite too. I loved their black van. Almost as cool as Lee's Corvette. iwsod - thanks for posting all these article links here - someday I'll get to read them!

Yeah, BJo, that's Hannibal's line, but we do say it alot.
I've enjoyed reading these articles, too, IWSOD. Most of them have info I've heard a lot, but I learn something new in each one. Thanks for sharing.

Hmmmm... "... with middle-aged women it's still Scarecrow and Mrs King..."
He doesn't want to be reliving his 80's career, he doesn't want to do SMK again (or B5 again), only Tron. No reunion tours!
Oh well, we'll always have SMK DVDs.

I saw that, and it was the first time I had really thought of myself as "middle aged.' thanks BB.

Well, just because we like SMK doesn't necessarily mean we're middle-aged women... it's not mutually inclusive... but, yeah, the comment did make me feel old. Most of the time I feel like a kid, but some things make me feel my age, which is--unfortunately--middle-aged... and what do I have to show for it? Sigh. **Tries to shake of the melancholy. Thinks about working on some more memes to cheer herself up again.** 'S'OK... I guess we can console ourselves with the thought that maybe he's hurting 'cos he's pushing the upper bounds of middle age. Yeah--I can be kinda mean at times.

Thanks for sharing KC.. Pha! Middle aged?!! Just because BB says it doesn't mean I have to pay any attention.. what does he know! Just because we are not all in high school doesn't mean we are middle aged!

Middle aged at 36? Oh well, never mind, I may be middle aged in his perception - but he'll always be older than, me. Ha! Besides I decided a long time ago that I'm not growing old (not EVER) - but I do grow older. Everyone grows older, even kids. It's growing UP that's completely optional, right? As long as I still do believe in fairies, growing older is quite okay ... (But it's nice to hear that he would do Tron again - I so do love that movie! Dunno why. Probably talks to my nerd-side.)

Growing up is always optional. I told one of our college students last year that I didn't think anyone got old until at least 110. That means I can put off middle age, right?
I've always said age was really a state of mind. Some days I feel ancient, but most of the time I feel pretty young.

I have been away from here for so long. I need to drop in more often. It's funny after reading and seeing all these KJ and BB interviews. I have always been a KJ fan and I always thought she pretty much got a bad rap for being the strong woman that she is. I can only assume that she got burned enough by the Hollywood system that she continues to keep a low profile. Written interviews are sometimes hard to read because of not being able to tell inflections or because of the possible bias of the interviewer. Answers can be edited or characterized in a way that can be unflattering to the person being interviewed.
I did recently see an interview where BB fully admitted that had a temper and brought that home when he shouldn't have. He felt that he was scary to his children and felt bad about that. In the interview it came up that his first wife felt that he truly believed in the concept of marriage and sanctity of marriage so that whole thing about having an affair with KJ must have really thrown him for a loop. I understand him not wanting to delve too much into some of his past shows especially if they bring up negative feelings and negative experiences. However, I'm sure his fans appreciate his willingness to participate in the SMK reunions and his attendances at various Comic-Cons to discuss B5 and Tron.
I do see a change in his attitudes and behaviors in these interviews as the years have progressed. He seems less angry about some situations and like many actors who have had to deal with a character that has stereotyped them there is some reticence about discussing said character. While that character was the one that propelled them to stardom it's like people can't seem to let it go. Some actors embrace it while others want to move on.
With all that being said, I just make sure to keep my swoony-ness for Lee and my swoon-ness for BB separated.

Weren't there two books Leonard Nimoy wrote, the first one "I Am Not Spock" and, many, many years later, the one "I Am Spock"? Sometimes, actors seem to change their minds about whether they want to be "seen" as a certain popular character they once played. All in all I think that where it comes to me, even though I really do like and appreciate the actors for the great work they do what I'm really falling for are the characters.
