Thanks, Jule. That one really wrote itself. I saw Swissmiss' vid and couldn't get it out of my head. My youngest daughter and I started playing with the song, and the fanfic came out of that.

*shameless self-promotion* Thought I'd post it here, too. Just put the first part of my Halloween story up on fanfiction.net: www.fanfiction.net/s/9808547/1/Not much, yet, since I'm still working on it and will have to take a break during November (where I'm taking part in National Novel Writing Month and will spend all my free time on a different story) but I'll be posting more, soon!

Great start, Khell! I'll look forward to hearing more in December, it seems. Good luck on the novel!

Hope you don't mind me posting this here - new chapter up for the Halloween story. www.fanfiction.net/s/9808547/2/Attack-of-the-Mutant-Zombie-WerewolvesThe story doesn't show up in the SMK overview on ff.net - gotta contact their support about it, I guess. And - yeah, I know, not exactly Halloween anymore but since I'm too busy with NaNo to finish the Halloween-story, I'll have to take my time posting the parts that I got so that I don't run out of story before I get a chance to continue!

BJo asked for a fanfic on the blog about Amanda and Lee alone while the drugs were altering her personality in DOA. Of course there is one, it is called "out of Delirium." But it doesn't take place at Lee's apartment. The one that I like by that author is the "Long New Years Eve." It is about that New Years Eve party at he Russian Embassy and the black dress with the pearl buttons.

There's an AU one where Lee has eaten the chicken salad sandwich: "DOA: Delirious on Arrival" by Bridget. Is that the one you were referring to Morley? And I really enjoyed "Long New Years Eve" too. Also really appreciate Khell's story "You Have Been Warned" and "All Done With Crossbows." Also, "All in a Knight's Work" by Linda is fun.

I think I have read that one Jule, but the one I mentioned is by the same author as "Long New Year's Eve" I think

Ahhh, yes, too many stories, not nearly enough time!!! I have two stories from a fellow JWWM commenter that I've not read yet - all these will have to get in line!

In post 3 for You Only Die Twice, Iwsod mentioned that there must be fan fics about the trip to the morgue. Petra's sit has four of them, each are pretty good. I think I like the first one best. Here is a link to that page. www.smk-land.com/html/blanks0220.php

Can we get the links to the fanfics mentioned in the first Burn Out post? I would love to read them. Both JWWM authors? How exciting! I know the one from Francine's perspective, but I am not sure if I know Gray Fool's "A life Revealed" I would love top read that one too. (did I get the title and author right?)
