So, BJo suggested a most-quoted lines thread. Sounded like a good idea to me...
It's not a line, but my youngest and I often refer to any long explanation as an Amandaramble. She and I tend to give one when we're tired and can't quite explain what we're explaining.
I have a coffee mug which says "I like my coffee black ... just not this black."
Another favorite of ours, used in the most unusual situations is "the ceilings on our side."
And, of course, at any bomb scene on TV, we always yell "it's the blue wire!"

Ha ha! I use the "It's the blue wire line" too! Also, just to throw it into the mix, "Danger, excitement. Intrigue." from the AMC Kid gets used when my husband or girls ask what I'm up too. And since I can often be found in my den making jewelry and painting, it's easier than explaining what I am doing, to say I am working on my Sistine Chapel. ROFL! I find it funny even if no one else in my family does! Oh, and when anyone asks me what I am sick with, I always say Dengue Fever. Heh heh, throws everyone for a loop (from Lost and Found and Dead Ringer respectively)

I was just watching One Flew East, and when Lee and Amanda are about to enter Briarwood, Lee says, "Now we look for the rabbit hole." He was talking about finding a way around their security system because the Agency often leaves an exit route for their people that won't trip the alarms, but I thought of you, Jule. Lee and Amanda may be joining you, if they figure out where the rabbit hole is. Hope you brought enough coffee and chocolate for everyone!

Speaking of the blue wire. Here's an oldie but goodie comic that always makes me think of SMK.

I could use lines from SMK but they would go over everyone's head here :/ I tend to quote from The Princess Bride. My family know that.
